AME member FH JOANNEUM is hosting the 7th UAV Flight Test Convention, taking place on 23–24 September 2026 in Graz, Steinalpl (AT) & online. The event will bring together international experts from research, industry, authorities and UAS operations and offer a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, showcase innovations and strengthen international collaboration.
A particular highlight will be exclusive insights into UAS flight operations conducted within a Temporary Reserved Area (TRA), complemented by live flight demonstrations under real operational conditions.
International live streams to Leck (Germany) and Winterthur (Switzerland) will further enrich the programme by providing additional perspectives on European test environments, operational applications and current developments in the UAS sector. Technical presentations, demonstrations and direct exchange between stakeholders make the Convention a unique platform for innovation, collaboration and networking.
Call for Contributions
Students, researchers, authorities, industry representatives, UAS operators and flight test teams are invited to actively contribute to the programme through technical presentations, talks and flight demonstrations. Participating flight demonstration teams may benefit from additional operational insights through live radar tracking provided by Robin Radar Systems.
