Secretary General - Anita Schneider 

Anita Schneider serves as the Alliance for New Mobility Europe’s Secretary-General and is based in Brussels. Before joining AME, she headed the Brussels Office of the EuroTech Universities Alliance, a strategic partnership of universities of science and technology. Prior to that, she worked at the European Energy Research Alliance, which gathers over 250 research institutes and universities active in low-carbon energy technologies, and at the Bavarian Research Alliance. Anita has nearly 15 years of experience in EU policy and funding for research and innovation across various high-tech fields, and in driving forward cross-border initiatives. She brings a wide range of connections across universities, RTOs, companies, policymakers, and funders in Europe and beyond.

Andres Van Swalm

Andres Van Swalm

Andres Van Swalm is the CEO and co-founder of Unifly, a software company established in 2015. He initiated his career in the aviation sector as an Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) with the Belgian Air Force, gaining significant expertise in Air Traffic Management (ATM). Leveraging this knowledge, he co-founded Unifly, aiming to facilitate autonomous aviation through the development of UAS Traffic Management (UTM) technology. Andres has been instrumental in various drone and UTM initiatives, notably the SESAR Joint Undertaking project CORUS, where he contributed to defining the UTM concept of operations. Furthermore, he assumed the role of work package leader in the creation of the UTM Architecture for the Global UTM Association (GUTMA).

Daniel García-Monteavaro

Daniel García-Monteavaro is an Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He works at ENAIRE, the public Air Navigation Service Provider in Spain. Daniel has been working in the air navigation sector for more than 20 years. He started with the installation of air navigation systems and as an expert in low visibility procedures at airports. Since 2018 he has been the Head of the Drone Business Development Department, where he coordinates the definition, certification and operational deployment of ENAIRE as CISP and USSP, as well as the participation in national and European U-space and IAM projects.

Jan-Eric Putze

Jan-Eric Putze

Jan-Eric Putze is the CEO of Droniq GmbH, a joint venture of Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS) and Deutsche Telekom. Born in Frankfurt, he is responsible for Finance, Sales & Business Development, Marketing & PR and Human Resources at Droniq. His responsibilities include the identification and development of new business areas and the expansion of the Droniq cooperation network. Before joining Droniq, Jan-Eric managed the business of R. Eisenschmidt GmbH, a subsidiary of DFS. Before that, he was responsible for the sales and logistics of aviation publications at DFS. Jan-Eric Putze is a qualified banker as well as a commercial pilot and flight instructor. He lives in Hattersheim am Main and has a daughter.

Enrique Ventas García

Enrique Ventas García serves as UAS R&D Manager at ITG, being responsible for coordinating ITG’s business and regulatory activities and R&D projects related to UAS, IAM and UAM. He has a background in ATM and UTM, having previously worked as ATM Manager at Ryanair, where he was accountable for leading Ryanair’s ATM technical and regulatory activities within the Single European Sky framework, and as consultant in Accenture, INECO & ENAIRE to support the development of new processes and business and strategy plans. During his career, he was appointed member of various international forums, such as the EUROCONTROL Network Directors of Operations Group (NDOP), the EUROCONTROL Network Directors of Technology Group (NDTECH), Network Management Board (NMB), the Industry Consultation Body (ICB) of EC or the SESAR Joint Undertaking or SESAR Deployment Manager. He currently co-chairs EUROCONTROL Drone and Airport Task Force and represents ITG in the Spanish Aerospace Technology Platform (PAE), among other forums. Enrique holds a MSc. in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), and specialises in Air Navigation systems and Air Transport.

Christoph Raab

Honorary Member & Advisor, AME

Christoph Raab served as Secretary General of the Alliance for New Mobility Europe (AME) until 2025. From 2009 to 2016, Christoph Raab was also Chairman of the European Security Round Table (ESRT), a Brussels-based policy forum for security and defence matters. In November 2005, he assumed the management of COPURA, an event management company. From 2002 to 2005, he was Parliamentary Assistant in the European Parliament. Christoph Raab holds a degree in Economics of the University of Trier, a Master’s degree from the College of Europe (Natolin) and is a trained journalist. He is a regular speaker at international security and defence conferences and advisory fora and has published various articles on drones, security, defence & cyber security.
