We are delighted to welcome Anita Schneider as the new Secretary General of the Alliance for New Mobility Europe. Anita brings nearly 15 years of experience in EU policy and funding for research and innovation across high-tech fields. She previously headed the Brussels Office of the EuroTech Universities Alliance, where she drove cross-border initiatives and built strong connections across universities, research organisations, companies, policymakers, and funders in Europe and beyond.
Sharing her excitement, Anita said: “I’m thrilled to join the Alliance for New Mobility Europe and to connect with a vibrant community eager to get advanced air mobility systems off the ground – quite literally. As key enablers in many fields — including, but not limited to, transport, disaster management, agriculture, security, and defence — UAVs are already proving to be powerful tools for making all our lives easier, safer, and more sustainable. I look forward to working with AME members and the wider drone community.”
With her expertise and vision, Anita will guide AME into its next chapter, building on the strong foundations established by our co-founders and members.
Anita succeeds Christoph Raab, AME’s longstanding Secretary-General, who will remain close to AME and serve as an Advisor.
